ATA Martial Arts Rockhill is a family owned and operated business owned by Les and Jenni Edwards. Including Rockhill, Master and Mrs. Edwards own 2 other locations, one in Manchester MO (in operation in May 2011) and in Hannibal MO (in operation since May 1994). Mr. Ross Lee is Master and Mrs. Edwards son and runs the Rockhill location.

Instructor and 5th degree black belt Ross Lee has been training his entire life in the ATA ( American Taekwondo Association) and has training in Haganah and Krav Maga. Mr. Lee has also completed certification in a form of Brazilian Jui Jitsu specifically Kid-Jitsu under the direction of Charles dos Anjos and ground grappling. Mr. Lee holds nine Missouri State Champion titles in sparring, forms, and weapons. He has also competed at a National and World Championship level and has walked away with 4 World Silver Medals and 1 Bronze World Medal. Mr. Lee has trained or competed with instructors like Anthony Pettis, Mike Chat, and many high ranked instructors within the ATA.

James McLean has been training within the ATA for the last year. Currently Mr. McLean holds a green belt and continues his training under Mr. Lee. Mr. McLean’s background is in wrestling and ground grappling techniques. Mr. McLean has trained for over 10years in wrestling and continues his training.

Training with these instructors will only give you an advantage if or when they would have to use their training and techniques in the real world!
